For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on personalised items, opened keepsake boxes, or used clothing. Sale items are final sale.
To start a return, please email info@littlefayrebaby.co.uk with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
